Come and attend an active Rhythmical Challenge workshop with the athletes from National Danish Performance Team. It is a fun, unique and a moving experience!

This workshop is an opportunity for participants to partake in rhythmic challenges, focusing on body control, basic rhythmic elements and compositions. The participants will experience the convergence of different motion expressions, feel the energy of group dancing and be challenged by the rhythms and techniques. It is a workshop full of energy, expressive and exciting combinations. In this workshop participants get to work with elements from the team's show, apparatus, etc.

This workshop is open to participants who are active in gymnastics and/.or dance, with an admission age of 10 years old and above. This workshop has a maximum capacity of 40 participants.

Be sure to also catch KATA after the workshop from 7pm onwards, a world-class performance that invites audience on a journey into a wonderful, mysterious and poetic universe. A universe which forces both gymnasts and the audience to let go of control and let themselves be seduced by the music, the movements and the magic.
