What is KinderGym about?

KinderGym is a Gymnastics Australia programme that is a movement-based learning experience for young children from 0-5 years old and their parents or caregivers. The KinderGym program has been founded on child development principles and accredited KinderGym Coaches to guide each program, ensuring that the equipment set-ups are safe, stimulating and provide endless movement opportunities for children to play and learn. While developing the child’s physical and co-ordination skills, the KinderGym programs also assist in the child's social and cognitive development.
