About the workshop:
Singapore Gymnastics will be running its first ever TeamGym this year at this year's Gym Carnival and we want to spread the excitment of this new event to the whole of our community! Benjamin Cork (key developer of TeamGym for Australia) as well as Natalie Jaques (GNSW Gymnastics for All Officer Natalie Jaques) have put together a special online workshop to bring us to the world of TeamGym. TeamGym focuses on floor, tumbling and vaulting, it promotes fun, teamwork , and is open to all athletes of different ages and all abilities. It is a great participation event and an opportunities for all athletes to showcase and celebrate their gymnastics and their love for the sport!
Here are some materials for interested friends to read through before joining the workshop
