KinderGym lessons are planned with children’s age and stage of development in mind. By structuring the environment (rather than the child), KinderGym provides caregivers opportunities to provide greater support to their child's development, to explore with their children, to share in self-initiated play as well as to offer positive ideas, encouragement and guidance.

KinderGym coaches undergo specific training to be accredited as a deliverer of KinderGym. These coaches are there to guide the program, making sure that any equipment used is safe and stimulating, while also providing loads of great movement opportunities for your child.

As children start to master physical skills, concentration and comprehension also develops. KinderGym coaches will then offer more guided discovery and direct teaching experiences in group times and on equipment; further building on confidence and competence.

The pre-requisites for the course are:

• 18 years or older
• Current Technical Member of Singapore Gymnastics
• Valid Standard First Aid certification
• A Fundamental Coach Accreditation or equivalent i.e. General Gymnastics and/or other higher accreditations i.e. Intermediate or FIG certifications

Please note there are pre-course readings to be done before the Face-To-Face sessions.
