This is the first out of a 4-part series of Positive Sports Coaching with Matthew Scholes. Only registered participants will receive the online meeting link to attend this event. Good thing is, the event is absolutely free!

Topic : Positive Psychology and Sports Coaching - Wellbeing, Resilience and High Performance

This workshop will examine the science of positive psychology and how understanding your athlete's brain responds to feedback can lead to coaching strategies that build both wellbeing and performance in pressure situations. Coaches will receive will be provided with evidence based approaches that they can incorporate into their coaching to enhance their athlete's ability develop resilience and thrive in competitive environments.
