We look forward to hosting periodic informal chats to lead collaborative dialogue, sharing knowledge and creating possibilities for action in groups of all sizes. Topics can range from management, risk, human resource, technology, marketing, leadership, facilities, finances and beyond!
The assumption of the catch up is that:
- The knowledge and wisdom we need is present and accessible.
- Collective insight evolves from: honouring unique contributions; connecting ideas; listening into the middle; noticing deeper themes and questions.
- The intelligence emerges as the system connects to itself in diverse and creative ways.
