Any other pre-competition routines that you practice besides warm up? Praying, listening to each of my routine music one time. What is the greatest challenge you have faced in your sporting career? How did you overcome that? Deciding if I should stop doing the sport. However, I changed my mind as I did not want all the years’ I have spent on training to go to waste.
