Any other pre-competition routines that you practice besides warm up? When there are two people before my turn to go up onto the competition mat, I will say a few sentences to encourage myself.
What is the greatest challenge you have faced in your sporting career? How did you overcome that?
Injuries. As it takes a while for injuries to heal, it is important to be patient and take good care of it.
