Age began gymnastics and reason for starting: 2 years old. I was hyperactive as a child, so my parents signed me up at Prime Gymnastics Club to try out gymnastics and I got interested.

Scared of a new skill. Put away negative thoughts like "what if this goes wrong and I get injured", go through what I need to do and just do it without overthinking.
