Singapore Gymnastics would like to remind voting members that the following AGM documents need to be submitted by 28 August 2020.

1. Voting Representative form
2. List of Delegates attending
3. Questions to the Directors and/or Agenda items for the AGM

To assist and support voting members, Singapore Gymnastics will be conducting two identical online sessions that will outline how the virtual online 2020 AGM will be conducted. The team will outline how voting will be conducted as well as some key “rules of engagement” for attendees to follow to assist with the smooth running of the AGM.

This is a new process for SG, and we would like to ensure our voting members are familiar and comfortable with the arrangements.

Attendees will need to register for a session at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session. The two session dates are:

Session 1

Date: Wednesday, 2 September 2020

Time: Singapore 6:30 - 7:30pm

Session 2

Date: Monday, 7 September 2020

Time: Singapore 7:00 - 8:00pm

The details on logging into the information sessions will be sent to the registered email address 24 hours prior to the session.
