Addendum to National Squad and Ranking Policy approved

Please note that there has been an Addendum to the National Squad and Ranking Policy approved recently.
The primary purpose of this document is to address the issue that neither National Championships nor Singapore Open were avilable to be used for qualification purposes this year.
