Singapore Gymnastics has rescheduled its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to better accommodate the schedules of our voting members. Originally planned for Tuesday, 10 September 2024, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, the AGM will now be held on Saturday, 28 September 2024, at 5:00 pm.

This decision was made in response to feedback from our members, recognising the importance of ensuring that as many voting members as possible can attend and participate in this key event. By moving the AGM to a weekend afternoon, we aim to provide a more convenient time that aligns with the availability of our community.

The AGM is a critical opportunity for members to engage in the governance of Singapore Gymnastics. We encourage all voting members to take advantage of this rescheduled time to attend.

Please note:

·         Voting members can nominate 5 representatives to attend which includes the Voting Representative.

·         If any Voting Member would like to place an item on the agenda for the upcoming AGM, please send through written notification of the agenda item to ceo@singaporegymnastics.org.sg on or before 14 September 2024.

Just a reminder that according to clause 9.12 of the Singapore Gymnastics Constitution - Any Voting Member who wishes to place an item on the agenda of a General Meeting may do so provided he gives written notice to the Association at least fourteen (14) days before the meeting is due to be held.

The rest of the AGM papers, including the Annual Report and the Financial Statement will be released on the 21 September 2024.
