Coach development is an area we are passionate about and have put in a lot of work to build our education framework and content. We recognise that for coach development to go further, we also need to build a team of coach mentors who can support candidate coaches learning beyond courses and accreditation. It is  during the practical experience placement and beyond, where putting knowledge and skills to practical use counts and this is where a mentor comes in.

We want to give a shout out to every coach who has put themselves forward as a willing mentor to help guide a new generation of coaches and encourage a training culture of positivity. Also special thanks to CoachSG who joined in the programme and shared their thoughts and perspectives.

As we continue to refine our current infrastruture to world class standard, we still have ways to go but we are confident that step by step, we will get there.
