Calling all gymnastics coaches!  

If you are looking for a point of difference for your gymnast, join us for the FIG Age Group Camps. These camps are conducted for Acrobatics, Aerobics & Trampoline gymnastics are a terrific tool for any artistic coach to put them ahead of the rest. It will add to your repertoire of training tools and programmes.

Introducing any of these sports to you training program will not only enhance your training, but help place your athletes above the rest. Learning more about these disciplines, will assist with the fitness and physical preparation of your athletes, while the trampoline skills learned will assist with your athletes skill development.

Dates:

• Aerobics — April 13-15
• Acrobatics – April 17-19
• Trampoline – April 20-22 (no day between)

Cost:

• 3 day camp = $150.00
• 3 day camp + 3 dinners with all candidates – $250.00
