Singapore Gymnastics will be hosting a workshop on Leadership and Governance . This workshop is part of a three-year project between Gymnastics Australia, South East Asia (SEA) Gymnastics and Victoria University. It aims to empower women and increase their capacity in sport through leadership and mentoring programs.
Throughout this 2-day of workshop, participants will learn about:

- Understanding Others- Emotional Intelligence
- Understanding & Developing Your Brand
- Developing Your Personal Leadership Action Plan
- What is Governance?

- Creating positive culture and behaviours
- Diversity in Governance
- Support for those Governing the Sport
- Stakeholder Relations
- Evaluating Good Governance
