Frank Sahlein (CEO), 3rd Level Consulting, USA Frank Sahlein has been active in the Children’s Activity Center industry as an athlete, coach, business owner, consultant and business broker. Frank’s reputation as a business management innovator has inspired audiences worldwide, delivering over 1,500 presentations for a variety of children’s activity center industries and organizations – including gymnastics, swimming, cheerleading, dance, martial arts and child care/education. He is also the Executive Director of the International Association of Child Development Programs (IACDP) which is a global network of associations, suppliers and businesses in the child development industry. The goal is to work TOGETHER to improve the quality of education and safety for children, as well as to improve business conditions for businesses and suppliers. |

John Mitchell (Director), Delta Gymnastics, Brisbane QLD John has personally coached over 90 Queensland State Team members, over 30 Individual Overall State Champions and 7 Individual Overall Australia National Champions. John has coached both national and international teams and was named the 2009 Gymnastics Queensland Women’s Artistic Gymnastics National Stream Coach of the Year, and the 2010 Gymnastics Australia Women’s Artistic Gymnastics National Stream Coach of the Year. John is also passionate about club development and assisting clubs around Australia to become the best club that they can be, from recreational to higher level programs. |
