We were really excited to be able to carry out our Coffee Catch Up as to how we envisioned it prior to all the restrictions and lockdowns on Monday, 27 June 2022. It's the first time we were able to have club friends over to our office and buy them an actual cuppa in hand - no need to Bring-Your-Own-Coffee over virtual anymore!

It was great to catch up with all club administrator friends in person, having back and forth conversation and not just sharing updates and information with them via the monitor screen. It is important for us to involve our stakeholders on how we can progress collaboratively forward.

The topic for this catch up revolved around clubs' challenges in the next 3 years and the main concern was around having enough coaches. Therefore in the 2nd SG Coffee Catch Up, we want to narrow down and focus on discovering more insights around COACHES form the club's POV.

It was a friendly open session where everyone shared candidly about their thoughts, what's happening on ground, updates from SG etc and while we may not have the immediate answers and instant solutions to some of the issues face, there were good suggestions shared that could be brought up for review. Another step forward towards a collaborative community!
