This is an update from the 13th Board Meeting held on Wednesday 30 November online via Microsoft Teams.

1. The Board approved the following amended policies:
   1. P002      Fixed Asset Loan Policy
   2. P004      National Competition Policy
   3. P008      Membership Policy
   4. P030      Critical Incident Policy
   5. P031      Member Protection Policy
   6. P033      Parent & Spectator Policy
   7. P035      Conflict of Interest Policy
   8. P044      Event Sanctioning Policy
2. The Board approved the following selection policies:
   1. Amended SEA Games - MAG
   2. Amended Asian Games MAG
   3. Amended Asian Games WAG
   4. Amended Asian Games RG
   5. Jnr World Championships -MAG
   6. Jnr World Championships – WAG
3. The Board further discussed the preparation for the RG meeting with the community and the need to reach out to ensure as many of the RG clubs are in attendance.
4. The Board approved the nomination of two candidates for Asian Gymnastics Union (AGU) positions which will be voted at the AGU Congress in January 2023: Mr Sng Puay Liang - MAG TC and Ms Dawn Ho – GfA Committee.
5. After reviewing the budget, the Board further discussed and agreed to proceed with the bid to host the 2023 Artistic Asian Championships.
6. The Board will begin discussion 2023 fundraising activities in January, taking into consideration that SG will be celebrating its 30th anniversary as the National Sports Association for gymnastics.
7. The Board have set the 2023 Board meeting schedule.

The next Board meeting will be held on 18 January 2023.
