Provisional dates & schedule overview
- Arrival date: 17 October 2017
- Course date: 18 – 24 October 2017
- Departure date: 25 October 2017 or evening of 24 October
- Place: Manila, Philippines
- Applicants have to be present for the full course

Logistic arrangement
- Flights – bookings will be undertaken by each individuals / clubs
- Accommodation – booking is undertaken by SG

Cost
- All the participants pay for their own travel expenses, with FIG supporting up to USD500 per participant to cover their travel expenses. This support is limited to a maximum number of 2 participants per country.
- Airport transfer from the airport to official hotel will be provided, only for participants who arrive on stipulated arrival date (17 October)
- For participants who are supported, accommodation and 3 meals will be provided by FIG during the official period. Additional costs of early arrival or late departure will borne by the individual.
- SG may request to send more than the expected number of supported participants. However full costs has to be undertaken by the individual additional headcount

Follow-up:
- Application deadline: Tuesday, 22 August, 5pm (deadline extended!)
- Successful applicants will be notified by SG within 7 working days from application deadline. More information such as recommended hotel, costs, document requirement / submissions, if any, will be made known
As spaces are limited, applicants are subject to approval and endorsement by SG.
