We are excited to announce that application is now open for the upcoming FIG Level 1 Trampoline Coaching Academy. Details of the course are as follows:

1. Description & Objectives

• To exchange experiences in coaching & learning Trampoline Gymnastics (including DMT & Tumbling)
• To enhance cooperation and communication of coaches
• To have a good relationship between coaches and officials in the region and internationally
• To develop and increase the coaching capabilities in Singapore
• Course delivery language: English

2. Provisional dates & schedule overview

• Arrival date: 23 October 2017
• Official opening & Information session: 23 October 2017, evening

• Course date: 24 – 30 October 2017

• Departure date: 31 October 2017 or evening of 30 October
• Place: Tashkent, Uzbekistan
• Applicants have to be present for the full course & info session.

3. Pre-requisite for application

• Individual member of SG. Click on the following link to sign up as our member to be eligible for consideration:  http://www.singaporegymnastics.org.sg/sg/memberships/individual/
• Successfully obtained SG-COACH Level 1 TRA accreditation
• Must be citizen of Singapore or have written permission to participate from your country of citizenship

4. Logistic arrangement

• Flights – bookings will be undertaken by each individual/ club
• Accommodation (twin sharing) – booking is undertaken by SG

5. Cost

• All the participants pay for their own travel expenses, with FIG supporting up to USD500 per participant to cover their travel expenses. This support is limited to a maximum number of 1 participant per country.
• Airport transfer from the airport to official hotel will be provided, only for participants who arrive on stipulated arrival date

• For participants who are supported, accommodation and 3 meals will be provided by FIG during the official period. Additional costs of early arrival or late departure will borne by the individual.
• SG may request to send more than the expected number of supported participants. However full costs has to be undertaken by the individual additional headcount

6. Follow-up:

• Application deadline: Monday, 18 September 5pm *EXTENDED*
• Successful applicants will be notified by SG within 7 working days from application deadline. More information such as recommended hotel, costs, document requirement / submissions, if any, will be made known

As spaces are limited, applicants are subject to approval and endorsement by SG.
