If you have completed payment for your SG membership registration or renewal between 6th - 23rd January 2021, your membership pack is in the process of being mailed out so keep an eye out for your letter box. 

The National Office is still on business continuity but we will continue to pack and send out parcels to all our members as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and kind udnerstanding, we can't wait for the parcels to get to you.

In the event you have not receive your parcel even though you have completed registration and payment within this period, it could be due to the following reasons:

1. Athlete did not specify their training club. Please write in to sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg to update your training club.
2. Lack of complete mailing address. It is important to include your full address i.e.

• street name

• block number

• unit number

• postal code

Members with incomplete addresses will receive an email to update home address information. Members can log in to their member account and update their profile details. Upon updating, if members can drop an email to sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg to inform that update has been done, that would help the national office greatly in ensuring we do not miss sending out any members' parcels. Help us and the postman ensure a smooth delivery to your letter box!
