Singapore Gymnastics conducted the national squad induction for our 2023/2024 athletes on 29 April 2023.

We were pleased to invite Ms Beena Doshi from Singapore Sport Institute to share some tips and strategies on time management with the athletes. Topics covered were Managing time effectively using the time management quadrant, focusing on important tasks, reduce time wastage/distraction, Practising mindfulness and breathing techniques to achieve greater calmness and Prioritising sleep and rest.

We also had Ms Merey Tan from Anti-Doping Singapore to share with the athletes What is Doping and the consequences of Doping as well as their rights and responsibilities.
