On 9^th December, the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) National Training Centre (NTC) team welcomed Dr Han Yoon Soo as our guest coach for our annual training camp. Dr Han is currently the Men’s Technical Committee (MTC) president in Asian Gymnastics Union (AGU). He was previously a MTC member in the Federation of International Gymnastics (FIG) and prior to that, the MAG team was privileged to have him as National coach in 2009 and 2010.

The camp ran from 9 December to 20 December, and the boys were training 2 sessions a day at the National Training Centre. Joined by our guest gymnast from Germany, Samuel, the boys had a successful camp, with Dr Han sharing with the boys and our coaches various training methods and techniques.

There was also time for Dr Han to catch up with the NTC boys whom he used to coach 10 years ago, of which, Terry Tay is still training and is currently the captain of the NTC.

Once again, Singapore Gymnastics would like to thank Dr Han for taking time off his hectic schedule to share his knowledge with our team. We look forward to achieve greater heights in 2020!
