Gymnastics for All is a unique sporting activity that empowers the quality of life in all perspectives. it is about engaging all ages, abilities and also cultures, We are really excited to have 9 teams across Men's Artistic, Women's Artistic, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Zumba and Jump Rope who will be showcasing their items this evening. The participating teams were from BazGym, SICC Zumba Team, Jump Rope Federation Singapore and selected MAG, WAG and RG National Training Centre teams.

Gymfest 2023 was a dazzling showcase of athleticism, drama, fitness, and most importantly fun and friendships, featuring an array of teams that left the audience in awe. Each team brought a unique flair to the event, showcasing their distinct styles and skills. Gymfest was like a tapestry of human movement, with teams ranging from artistic to rhythmic gymnastics ensembles, to acrobatic jump rope, creating a mesmerizing panorama of high speed tumbling, intricate choreography and creative use of props like huge water cans and helium balloons. The performers displayed an incredible level of dedication, evident in their seamless coordination and breathtaking routines.

One team, backed by raving music, delivered a dynamic display of synchronized flips and spins, leaving spectators on the edge of their seats. Another group demonstrated the artistry of rhythmic gymnastics, twirling ribbons and hoops in unexpected ways with precision and finesse. The diversity of the teams added to the festival's charm, as gymnasts of all ages showcased their talents, from the nimble youngsters executing impressive tumbling passes to seasoned athletes exhibiting exceptional balance and control. Not just gymnastics, there was a jump rope item thrown into the mix as well. Fun fact as well, the youngest participant in Gymfest 2023 was only 3.5 years old and she absolutely rocked her part in her item!

Towards the end of the evening, there was also a flash mob that had the whole hall on a high dancing to Boogie Wonderland. Even audience from the stands came down to join in to do the groovy moves!

Karen Norden who is Singapore Gymnastics Technical director as well as Ms Carmee Lim who was Singapore Gymnastics 1st president and a big advocate for Gymnastics for All joined in the festivities and at the same time, handing out 3 Team Awards - Most Entertaining, Most Creative and Best Choreography Award.
