Essentials

- Strong management and organisation skills

- Passion for gymnastics fundamentals

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Strong Customer Service skills

- IT Skills including spreadsheet management and development

- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English

Preferred experience

- 3 + years recreational or Competitive gymnastic coaching experience with a reputable club

- Experience of managing/mentoring staff, managing a budget and training new team members

- Coaching qualifications
