Audrey is a new addition to the board, having volunteered first in the Fundraising and PR committee of Singapore Gymnastics before being co-opted to the board as an appointed director.
Audrey has over a decade of experience in business development, innovation and transformation across multiple verticals within the built environment industry. She currently leads innovation services for multiple business units across Keppel Corporation, a Singapore headquartered MNC. She has a specialization in evolving business models and commercialization of technology. In her industry, she is known for getting complex, high-risk projects funded, and driving innovative ideas from conceptualization to delivery and market traction. She has also founded and run ground up e-commerce businesses across different lifestyle sectors, and brings in experience driving PR, comms and social media marketing in that sphere.
Although she does not come with a background in the sport of gymnastics, she passionately believes in the appeal of the sport to develop talents and to enhance the overall athleticism of Singaporeans as a foundational sport. With this, she aims to bring in a fresh perspective and cross domain ideas from other industries to contribute to the continued evolution of the association and the work it undertakes to support the gymnastics community in Singapore. In particular, she hopes to work with the association and the member community to explore how innovation and technology can help to enhance and transform how athletes engage in this sport, as well as the growth of the sport in Singapore. She will also continue her work in the Fundraising and PR committee to assist the association to build a community of repeat donors, and to develop programs that grow towards a recurring source of revenue so that the association can continue to serve its members sustainably in the future.
