NTC Coach Professional Development - Mental Toughness for Gymnastics

Internationally renowned expert in gymnastics mental training, Dr Alison Arnold, presented to our National Training Centre coaches on ways to harness brain neuro chemistry as a means to helping gymnasts through the chaos of covid.
This is one of the regular development sessions our NTC coaches receive in order to enhance high performance gymnastics in Singapore.
