The rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation has been challenging for every one of us - gymnasts athletes, coaches, judges, club businesses and all our gym communities. Singapore Gymnastics will continue to make every effort to serve our affiliated clubs to ensure the continuity of our clubs and sport. Some of the support avenues being pushed out are:

SportSG extending support SG Affiliated Clubs

As shared before in previous separate email correspondences, we will be presenting the list of Affiliated Clubs (who have submitted their affiliation documents as well as paid for club membership fee) for our Board’s ratification and approval in April. Not just our Board of Directors, this list is also submitted to SportSG who looks to give support to Affiliated Clubs only.

The deadline to submit your Club Affiliation online form, documents and payment is before Friday 17 April. Clubs that have completed their affiliation submission will receive resources including full access to 3^rd Level Consulting information, rent relief letter etc.

For clubs that require assistance with affiliating, please write in to sgoffice@singaporegymnastics.org.sg and a member of our staff will get back to you soonest.

Participation for coaches and athletes belonging to the club in Singapore Gymnastics Development Programme (SGDP)

Invitations are about to come out for SGDP and please note that only SG Members are eligible, with SG members referring to both clubs and athletes being registered with Singapore Gymnastics.

Access to Frank Sahlein and 3^rd Level Consulting

Together with Frank Sahlein and 3rd Level Consulting, we want to offer our affiliated clubs a series of workshops during this COVID period to survive & thrive which includes some world-class content from international experts dishing out practical solutions and taking positive actions to cope with the current situation. These information is relevant to the NOW and can only be accessed by clubs that have submitted all their affiliation documents as well as paid their club membership fee. Furthermore based on the Club Affiliation survey submitted, all Club Contacts provided are eligible to join 3rd Level Consulting Online Facebook Forum where you can access a whole bunch more of Survive & Thrive documents.

On top of that, you will have immediate access SmartEDGE tools, courses, resources library and templates to create your HR and Staff Education Center. You will be able to RSVP for #TransformationalTuesdays, a weekly 90 minute webcast focused on a hot topic hosted by Frank himself as well as #ThriveThursday with CCO, Barbara Anne May teaching you exactly how to maximize all of the features available to you in the SmartEDGE System.
