Singapore Gymnastics conducted the national squad induction for our 2022/2023 athletes last weekend.

Athletes were briefed on the competition pathway and selection criteria for major games as well as the 10 core traits being a high performance athlete.

We were delighted to invite Mr Bernard Tan from SportSG to share more information on spexCarding and spexScholarship support programmes along with the application and selection process.

Athletes were shared on registration of SportSync account and their responsibilities to update and check them regularly.

Athlete agreements were also presented together with Safesport and Anti-doping matters.

Lastly, the introduction of iNSPiRETEK, a free, all-ages mobile application that supports the daily wellbeing of athletes through an extensive tracking and reflection system alongside high quality, curated educational content tailored towards the user behaviours.
