Singapore Gymnastics (SG) is excited to announce the launch of the annual Open Selection Trial for the esteemed National Training Centre (NTC) Programme. This trial provides a unique opportunity for gymnasts in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), and Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) to access high-performance training and represent Singapore on the international stage.

The NTC Programme is a cornerstone of elite gymnastics in Singapore, offering top-level training to help athletes reach their full potential. Admission to the programme is based on a thorough selection process, ensuring that only the most promising gymnasts are invited to join the national team.

Selection Process

The 2025 Selection Trial will consist of two phases:

• Phase 1: Open to current gymnasts and new athletes who are interested in joining the NTC Programme. You can register for Phase 1 through the links provided below.

• Phase 2: Gymnasts selected from Phase 1 will be invited to a one-month trial training at the NTC. A training fee applies. Successful athletes will be offered a spot in the NTC, subject to acceptance.

While admission to the NTC Programme is a significant achievement, it doesn't guarantee a permanent position. Regular assessment and attendance monitoring ensure that only those demonstrating consistent progress and commitment remain in the programme.

SG works in close collaboration with affiliated clubs throughout the selection process and does not directly approach athletes. We encourage athletes to keep open communication with their current clubs.
