Physical Literacy for Children

Physical literacy is about building the skills, knowledge and behaviours that give them the confidence and motivation to lead active lives.  It involves holistic lifelong learning through movement and physical activity of which it can leads to physical, psychological, social, and cognitive health and wellbeing benefits.

Intrinsic motivation to being active

Knowledge reasoning of movements

Social interaction with others
