Rebecca, a former gymnast and renowned high-performance coach, is celebrated for her expertise in helping athletes overcome mental blocks, develop unshakable confidence, and excel under pressure. Her evidence-based methods empower gymnasts to unlock their full potential by building mental resilience and fostering a positive, athlete-centred culture in youth sports.

Through their signature PerformHappy program, Rebecca and her team have helped thousands of athletes, ages 8-18, navigate mental challenges and learn to trust themselves in high-pressure environments. Their mission is to equip athletes, parents, and coaches with the tools to conquer fear and achieve lasting success, with a focus on athlete well-being.
In partnership with Singapore Gymnastics, Rebecca and her team will continue to support our high-performance athletes and coaches by offering specialized mental training programs, workshops, and resources.
