Are you up for a 15 minutes chat with our HR consultant, Dorcas Tan?

One of the benefits of the Singapore Gymnastics (SG) Affiliated Club is having access to the HR consultant who is onboard working on SG’s projects. Our HR consultant Dorcas Tan was the previous HR director with Singapore Sports Council and has over 20 years of a full spectrum of HR experience under her belt. Dorcas also has an Executive Masters in HR and IO Psychology focusing on the study of person and culture fit and personality profile as well as work style, which is something she is excited to be sharing more with our clubs individually.

Singapore Gymnastics together with Recrit Inc offer a Free DISC Assessment to increase your self-awareness and maximize your communications and performance. A link has been sent out to all SG Affiliated Clubs to try the test after which you may share the results with Dorcas for her to analyze the results with you through a quick 15 mins chat.

Each club is open to ONE personality profiling session with Dorcas.
