In this role, you will play a pivotal part in orchestrating the realisation of the Singapore Gymnastics High Performance Plan. This plan is a blueprint for achieving new heights in the world of gymnastics by reinforcing the capabilities of our National Training Centres and bolstering our local high-performance ecosystem.

As the torchbearer for this important mission, The High Performance Manager will be overseeing the strategic implementation of the High Performance Plan. Their role will encompass a range of critical functions, including athlete development, coaching, programme management, and building partnerships within the gymnastics community. This is a hands-on role that requires to be both visionary and pragmatic, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the gymnastics landscape.
