Singapore Gymnastics, in collaboration with the RG Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and the dedicated Working Group, has officially released the new Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) and Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) National Programme for 2025 & Beyond!

Members can access the manual via their communal page through their SG member login. Additionally, relevant videos and music resources will be available, though it is important to note that while videos serve as a supplementary guide, the manual remains the official reference.
