Singapore Gymnastics (SG) would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming short RG Coach Workshop with Ms Rika Yamamoto of Japan.

Some Information About Ms Yamamoto:

• A current RG Technical Committee Member of the Asian Gymnastics Union (AGU)
• Coaching experience includes both the National Teams of Bulgaria and Japan
• Has produced many Olympic and World Championship top-10 ranked athletes, including Kaho Minagawa
• Has been the director of the Kokushikan University RG Club for the past 8 years

This time, she will be bringing 3 of her elite-level athletes with her to Singapore and they will be assisting her with demonstration during her workshop.

Course Content: RG Warm-Up and Basic Technique Methodology

Dates, Times and Venue: 5 February, Monday, 900 – 1200, OCBC Arena Hall 1B

Course Fees:

• Technical/ Individual Members of SG – $30 per pax
• Non-Technical/ Individual Member of SG – $50 per pax
• RG TAC Members – FOC

Things to Bring:

• Note book and writing materials
• Sweater (the place is air-conditioned)
