Training in the National Training Centre (NTC) allows you the chance to represent Singapore at major games (SEA Games, Asian Games, Olympic Games etc.) and international championships.

1) Be under the tutelage of professionally qualified and world recognised coaches. 
Our team of coaches include Ms Irina Bessmertnaya and Ms Anastasia Fokina. 
Ms Irina Bessmertnaya has been conferred Honorary RG coach of Russia and produced RG athletes who were selected to train in the Centre of Irina Viner-Usmanova, the top RG training centre in the world.

2) Have access to necessary sports science support from SSI and NYSI.

3) Attend workshops that are exclusive to NTC athletes that improve athlete performance for quality progression.
