  2. Programme and Start List: By early February, the programme and initial start list will be released.

  1. Issue Rectification: Clubs and gymnasts who do not adhere to the guidelines will be notified of discrepancies and given an opportunity to address them within the reporting period.
  2. Finalization: One/ Two weeks prior to the Junior and Senior National Championships, the start list will be finalized, and no further changes will be permitted. Breaches of transition rules identified during the competition will result in immediate disqualification based on the guidelines below.

Procedure for Reporting Breaches of Transition Rules During Competition

  1. Notification of Breach: If a gymnast is identified as having breached the transition rules, club owners or administrators must notify the event organizer at least 1 hour before the start of the event for a disqualification (DQ) to be considered. Any notification after the event commences will no longer be considered.
  2. Verification Process: Upon receiving the notice, a designated SG staff member will review the complaint to ensure its validity.
  3. Disqualification and Consequences: If a breach is confirmed, the gymnast will be immediately disqualified, and their scores will be excluded from the final rankings. Additionally, they will not be eligible to receive any medals/ awards.
