Rhythm & Groove’s holiday camp is designed to introduce rhythmic gymnastics to young girls as well as expose beginners to the dance forms of contemporary, street jazz and salsa. These three dance forms will be taught as they play a large role in rhythmic gymnastics routines.
This camp hopes to bring fun yet instill discipline; it will increase our little gymnasts’ flexibility, heighten her coordination skills and improve her innate musicality.
Why not spend a week of fun with them- dancing to the rhythm and grooving to the beat!
