Just last week, on 6th June 2022, Singapore Gymnastics hosted a masterclass with Ms Daniela Nanova at Sengkang Sports Hall.

Ms Nanova comes from Birmingham where she was working with gymnasts from British Gymnastics on choreography, ballet barre work and center work, a wide variety of stretching for flexibility, along with coordination to complement various dances.

The masterclass saw 54 young athletes from Agape Rhythmic Gymnastics, Leopard Sports, Funyard Gymnastics, Karpenko Gymnastics Academy, Rhythm and Groove, Bianka Panova Academy and Flyonce Gymnastics.

"It was a good opportunity for our girls to learn more about artistry. Daniela shared some interesting tips for body and face expression.
