Safe Sport Unified Code Consultations
Safe Sport has emerged as an area of great concern globally as sporting organisations step up the fight against abuse, harassment and neglect. Sport Singapore has initiated the very first Safe Sport Unified Code and would like to invite members of our community to participate in their consultations.
Safe Sport Programme
Recently, the launch of a Safe Sport Programme, was announced in at the Parliamentary Committee of Supply Debate (Yahoo News, CNA, Today) to assist organisations through 3 key actions - Prevent, Address, Assure.

The Safe Sport Unified Code Consultations
The community-consulted Safe Sport Unified Code will harmonise:
- the definitions for inappropriate behaviours in the sporting environment
- case management process and procedures
The 7 Stakeholder In-Person Focus Group Discussions are open to all interested persons. As there are many sessions catered to different groups of individuals, SG affiliated clubs members are recommended to join the session for Sports Programme Providers on Wed, 19 May 2021 (highlighted in grey).
