Singapore Gymnastics is gearing up for its next phase of growth, inviting stakeholders to participate in a comprehensive review of its strategic plan. With the current 4-year plan nearing its conclusion, the organisation is looking ahead to 2028, aiming to chart a course that aligns with evolving industry trends and community needs.
"We are committed to excellence and innovation in gymnastics," said Patrick Liew, President at Singapore Gymnastics. "To ensure we continue on a path of sustainable growth and development, we value the input of all stakeholders."
The strategic review process includes a thorough survey featuring a SWOT analysis, designed to gather insights from the Board of Directors, Sub-committee members, staff, and the broader gymnastics community, including clubs and full members. This collaborative effort aims to harness diverse perspectives and identify key priorities for the future.
Stakeholders are encouraged to contribute their perspectives by completing the survey, accessible through a provided link. The deadline for survey submissions is 31 July, allowing ample time for stakeholders to share their views on strategic directions and priorities.
"This is an opportunity for everyone involved in Singapore Gymnastics to shape our future," emphasised Mr Patrick Liew. "Your participation is crucial in guiding our strategic decisions and ensuring we remain at the forefront of gymnastics excellence."
