Hire to fit, Train to skill

9am - 10am Singapore time (1 hour)

When coaches are in short supply and high demand, it can be tempting to snatch up any willing candidate with the right background and expertise for the job. What can organisations look out for when hiring a committed, lasting employee who actively contributes to your organization’s mission, vision and growth? How can organisations incorporate good safeguarding practices in their recruitment to create a child safe training environment?

Frank Sahlein has been active in the Children’s Activity Center industry as an athlete, coach, business owner, consultant and business broker. Frank’s reputation as a business management innovator has inspired audiences worldwide, delivering over 1,500 presentations for a variety of children’s activity center industries and organizations – including gymnastics, swimming, cheerleading, dance, martial arts and child care/education.

Club Quality Assurance Programme

10am - 11am Singapore time (1 hour)

Management systems, if well planned and written, will underpin any service business such as a gymnastics club. The Club quality Assurance programme is developed to help clubs understand how to establish and maintain management systems that will assure quality and give the necessary information to enable clubs to build such systems.

Karen will be sharing more about the programme, the benefits, the movement to recognise star clubs on our website and that moving up the star rating is managable in a few key steps.
