Join us on Monday 19 March 2018 at the Bishan Sports Hall for a day of fun-filled, educational coaching workshops made up of both practical and theory. The workshops cover all five disciplines; Men’s, Women’s, Rhythmic, Trampoline and Gymnastics for All. Something for everyone.
International speaker, Brooke Kneebush, will also be presenting. So join her for some exciting and practical Gymnastics for All (recreational) workshops.
