In accordance with Clause 9.5 of the Singapore Gymnastics Constitution, the Singapore Gymnastics 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 28 August 2021.

Please click here for the Notice of Meeting for the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Singapore Gymnastics to be held at the GEX Group of Companies, at Novena Square Office Tower A, #13-08 at 5:00pm on Saturday 28 August 2021.

There will be seven elected Director positions due for election at this AGM, please click here for the Director Nomination Forms. All Board nominations are due by 13 August 2021 into the National Office. We encourage potential board nominees to submit their CV with the nomination form.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a maximum of 2 delegates from each Voting Member will be able to attend the AGM.  Voting Members of Singapore Gymnastics are required to submit their list of attendees and their voting representative by 13 August 2021.

Singapore Gymnastics will be hosting an online session for the Voting Members to meet all Board Nominees on the 23 August 2021. All nominees will have the opportunity to introduce themselves in a 10-minute presentation to the Voting Members.
