The Financial Statement for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2023, was tabled with Singapore Gymnastics achieving an operating surplus of $245,156. This surplus can be attributed to several factors:

  1. A successful Charity Dinner contributed a net surplus of $227,775, including $129,370 from the One Team Singapore Funding (OTSF).
  2. Athlete membership generated a net income increase of $23,810.
  3. Registration income from the National Championships increased by $41,319, totalling $199,244 in 2023, with spectators returning. Lower live streaming costs led to a surplus of $122,818 for the Championships.

The Board elections took place, during which Voting Members cast their votes to elect three (3) Directors who will serve a four (4) year term.

Following the AGM, the three newly elected Directors and the four existing Directors promptly gathered to internally determine the key Board positions. The elected Board then proceed to discuss and voted to co-opt Alan Wong and Dennis Breckenridge to the two (2) available Appointed Director positions.
