We aim to deliver an effective operating model that will empower Singapore Gymnastics (SG) affiliated clubs to realize their growth and scalability, improve customer experience, drive operational efficiency and develop a sustainable business.

In line with this vision, SG is proud to announce its partnership with Recruit Inc. as part of the 2020 affiliated club membership benefits.

The partnership’s objective is to provide assistance and resources to SG affiliated clubs in their development and in particular, in the current COVID-19 crisis management.

Over the next 10 weeks, Recruit Inc. will be focusing on the following key initiatives:

1.        Coverage of the Employment Act

2.        Type of Work passes

3.        Child Development Co-savings Act

4.        Work Injury Compensation Act

5.        How to build an Employment Contract and a Contract for Service

6.        Summary of COVID-19 Support Resource

Local-centric Human Resource related fact sheets will be developed for easy reference for the SG affiliated clubs, these will be in conjunction with the current HR resources already available with the 3rd Level Consulting club membership benefit.

On top of that, a designated email helpline will be available for all SG affiliated Clubs until the end of July 2020. Here members will be able to pose any HR enquiries they have to the team at Recruit Inc.

Spearheading this project, no stranger to HR and sports and Founder of Recruit Inc., Dorcas Tan. She will share a wealth of Human Resource experience to help clubs achieve wide transformation initiatives.
