All gymnastics facilities in Singapore will have the ability to reopen on Friday, 19 June 2020, in line with the Multi-Ministry Taskforce’s announcement that Singapore will move into Phase Two after 18 June 2359 hours. In Phase Two, gymnastic facilities can reopen with certain mandatory safety measures to be in effect upon resumption of services.
“We know everyone in the Singapore Gymnastics community is thrilled to return to the gym after the circuit breaker. Although we cannot wait to get back into the gym, the experience will be different for the safety and health of all members,” said Karen Norden, General Manager of Singapore Gymnastics.
In accordance with the Phase Two guidelines, Singapore Gymnastics has created a comprehensive protocol to be implemented across all training environments to ensure social distancing is kept, medical screenings are in place, and regular cleaning procedures are undertaken.
