Singapore Gymnastics Supports Global Gymnastics for All Initiative in Nepal

Singapore Gymnastics is proud to announce that our Participation Pathway Officer, Emma, recently attended the prestigious FIG Foundation Course in Gymnastics in Bhaktapur, Nepal, from July 23-28, 2024. By participating in this course, Singapore Gymnastics reaffirms its commitment to bringing the benefits of gymnastics to people of all ages, from children to seniors, across our nation.

Have you considered coaching athletes with additional needs, or coaching older participants? Come explore with Frances Crampton, State Coordinator of "Fitter for Life" at Gymnastics NSW, what this programme is about and how it can be incorporated into your club's current activities. You will learn a variety of skills and activities covering those with mobility challenges through to fit and active seniors.
