We have completed 4 #AMinuteMonday workshops thus far featuring some of the top international experts and we have had some positive responses from our participants. The team at SG had been a lot of fun putting together these workshops and already we are in talks with more experts to bring more topics to be sharing with our community. Keep you eye out for our June #AMinuteMonday schedule coming soon! As a registered SG Member rate, each workshop only cost  SGD$10 (incl GST) to attend and we also put together bundle packages for those who want to attend more. Pay less to attend more!

While workshops are pretty much one-off in nature, Singapore Gymnastics has partnered with one of our guest speakers, Dave Tilley from Shift Movement Science to give our Technical coach members FREE ACCESS to The Hero Lab program (worth SGD $101.87) which is an incredible resource to any coach and/or gym owners who cares about the health and well being of their gymnasts. On top of that, International Gymnast Quarterly will be releasing their first digital issue starting this June, proudly leading the worldwide coverage of artistic gymnastics. Registered SG members will receive quarterly digital issues (Jun, Sep, Dec) as part of their membership benefit, sent directly to your email. Subscription's on us!
